(5,271 posts)Judge is quite likely to not let him withdraw guilty plea and go to trial if he believes Flynn has no good faith reason for withdrawing plea and is just trying to delay his sentencing

the only things that would be positive about allowing him to withdraw his plea is that it would expose that piece of crap son of his to prosecution. Justice had agreed to not go after his son in exchange for the father's guilty plea and cooperation. Barr of course would be a wild card in all of this but that smarmy prick of a son was involved in this up to his eyeballs and continued to shoot his mouth off even after the old man took the plea.
