sometimes because I have slow internet service, one or more 'toons will not load, causing me to reload the whole page of 'toons - a rather slow process.
Today, I discovered for any missing graphics, I can just right-click on the tiny square missing image icon and click on "reload image" and the missing image pops right up! Saves waiting for a total page reload.

This one is not accurate though. I have yet to see any trace of guilt on face of Moscow Mitch. This one would be more accurate if it had Mitch smiling and giving them the finger over his shoulder.

My final word:
It's the CONSTITUTION they defend for one-tenth of the money a mercenary makes per month.
