Is Martha McSally creating a hostile workplace at the US Capitol?

did she single out a person of color, with a "foreign sounding" name, for aggressive verbal abuse and mistreatment? because she knew he would be a vulnerable target with trump's base?

sides of the aisle up there. I think that's part of why it was such a shock.

McSally should not be angry with the journalist. She should be angry with herself for being such a coward that she cannot face the truth of what she is covering for.

All journalists (sans Fox-affiliated ones) have come to his defense. I think she stepped in it - sure, she'll get some short term gain, but Mark Kelly is going to crush her like a grape come November, and it will be helped by that clip in a campaign ad!

The highly appealing former Astronaut running against her out raised her by 50% in the fourth quarter and has 50% more cash in hand. She attacked the reporter because Republicans hate reporters. Just as Dracula hates a cross, just as a werewolf hates wolf bane, Republicans hate truth. So attacking the reporter will allow her to raise more money when Republicans see her attacking a reporter. It had nothing to do with race.

McSally, an apointee is way behind in the polls and only has 1/2 the cash on hand of her Democratic opponent, so why not stage a show to get the Deporables to open their pocketbooks. Wham, Bam. There you have it. The Rethug machinery immediately put out a "Three Cheers for Martha McSally" fundraising piece. It energizes her intellectually-challenged base who can't wait to not buy another carton of Marlboro Lights in order to send McSally the money instead.
