Clintons didnt require any subpoenas, as he was forthcoming.

She ran for office and was on that committee as a congresswoman during the Clinton impeachment and is of course a senior member on that committee today. She even pre-dates ASS-ley working "in Congress" as he wasn't there until after Nixon left.

She went on further to read out the findings of the GAO that the OMB violated the law under the ICA (Impoundment Control Act).
Theres so much, really.
Lofgren is easy to listen to, and Im struggling to type up notes. Is an excellent section to watch for the cliff notes of the many hours of House testimony.
