After a month of work, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Likud have abruptly parted ways with two former Trump campaign aides, Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie, who were brought to advise the Likud campaign ahead of the March 2 election.

Lewandowski, a Republican political activist from New Hampshire, was Trump's first campaign manager. He was replaced by Paul Manafort shortly before Trump won the Republican primary. Lewandowski remained in Trump's inner circle, and has been one of his most outspoken supporters in the media. Lewandowski considered running for the Senate on behalf of New Hampshire in the 2020 election, yet decided against it early this year.

Bossie is a veteran adviser for the Republican Party who served as Trump's deputy-campaign manager in September 2016.

The two former Trump aides were brought to advise the Likud campaign following two indecisive election campaigns in April and September of 2019. Netanyahu decided that his long time campaign staff, which includes Topaz Luk, Jonatan Urich, Ofer Golan and Srulik Einhorn, could use a fresh perspective from the outside.

I can't imagine either side of that relationship suddenly developing a distaste for the other side. This looks like the public result of a very private occurrence.

He messed up Walker’s campaign, hasn’t had ability to advance his position in the Trump regime, and now apparently showed his amazing talent in Israel.

Loser!
