disillusioned with all of government. They do not see that republicans are bad. They see it as all of government is bad (thank you so much raygun), and that they want nothing to do with it. Democrats are just as bad as the repugs in their opinion. The repugs have succeeded, in large part, in poisoning the well. Many people no longer give a shit about our government, and especially not about party affiliation.

If we cannot fix this, all else is moot.

I think Democrats can fix this, but there is much, much work to do.
