Five year statute of limitations no longer can save Trump for new crimes

Predictit has Trump fifty fifty to be re-elected. If he is the five year statute of limitations will save him from prosecution for past crimes such as obstruction of justice. But his new crimes will be indictable when he leaves office even if he is re-elected. Will Trump stop breaking the law? I doubt it. If Trump is re-elected will a Republican win in 2024? No. The youngest 40% of those eligible to vote favor Dems two to one. 2020 is the last time it is possible for a Republican to be elected President. So seriously we may face the difficult decision of whether we should jail a former President.

Sounds like a win-win for him. Is it possible to water board in a pool with a few tiger sharks?
