He has both hands locked together when Prince Charles walks past. But I could be wrong.

Either way Mikey and Mother shouldn't be there at all.

as the Prince goes by, you see behind him that Pence's is withdrawing his hand as if he offered it.

Perhaps he just wasn't quick enough to raise and offer it.

Or maybe the Prince thinks he's a commoner dick.

but seeing him snub Pence and Mother made me laugh.

He shook the hand of the man next to Mother, walked right by her and Pence, then shook the hand of the next man.

Clearly snubbed the two of them!
