I've been using it to describe Trump since 2015.
Trump is a cockwomble.
He's also an idiot.
P.S. Notice that "cockwomble" is flagged as an incorrect spelling.

but obnoxious and foolish is way too nice for the likes of Trump. What should we call a person who loves cruelty, is sexually inappropriate with his own daughter, brags about people calling him sir, is a racist, lies habitually, breaks any vow or oath he takes, has no use for anyone unless he can somehow benefit from that relationship....I cant go on.
