I'm thinking it's always been either Putin or more

quid pro quo. Is that why King Trump has abandoned our treaties and allies? Because he couldn't profit financially or politically? Could we find a quid pro quo in all of the devastating decisions he made for America? It wouldn't surprise me.

So yes, I'm sure there has been a quid pro quo behind most of the things he's done.
