At least 3 major airlines have stopped flights to and from China. Probably more by now. And so much stuff is now made there that it may be harder to get things in and out. Maybe also some fear factor attached to items made in China.

Wall Street would probably welcome Bannon's "deconstruction of the administrative state," perhaps lawless fascism. Recall that Bannon was an investment banker.
