Can't the House Managers add Bolton to their team for the Impeachment summation before the Final Vote?

The managers were named by a vote of the full House. I doubt that the Senate would allow them to add someone. Just as Pelosi controls when non-members can speak on the House floor... the majority controls the well of the Senate.
