But now we need to end republicanism. It no longer has the right to exist in our society, the society of decency, honor, truth and fairness.
Republicanism is now a moral disease, an ethical threat and a national disgrace. It has no values worth saving. It must be destroyed; root, branch and leaf. The horror that this political institution has become is a national and global nightmare. Morphing from an intelligent, critically thinking, modestly diverse group, to a criminally oriented neo fascist hate group, led momentarily by a narcissistic sociopathic womanizer, bent on the destruction of constitutional norms and safe guards for their own juvenile wants.
No, they are not educable, retrainable or teachable. They relish the pain of others, even at the cost of pain to themselves. They can and will wreck the greatest social/political experiment the world has ever witnessed. They are blinded by hate for those different, deaf to those in need, untouched by true American patriotism.
This is republicanism, it must be defeated.

(12,964 posts)How about we stop already? If something is wrong, or broken, it needs to be fixed, it does not need a military assault.

(86,332 posts)we need to adjust our vocabulary to a less violent base. I'm tired of fighting everything and "wars on..." all the time. Answers come from listening, deliberation and compromise. It's what we claim to be all about.
The answer is always equal to "X", a friend once told me.
