then yes, there is now legal precedent that this is a legitimate defense.

Hint: Don't try it. It only applies to Kings.

Really, anyone CAN rob a bank. It's a bad idea, though, since there is a very good chance you will be caught and go to prison.

Every bank has banks of cameras recording everything that happens. If you rob one, you're likely to get caught these days.

Said El Chapo is furious that he didn’t have a trial with no witnesses. Said he didn’t know it was a thing in America. “If I had a trial without those pesky witnesses I wouldn’t be sitting in this prison cell”.

And your trial won't be in the Repuke-Majority Senate ...

Personally I'd advise against it given those circumstances.

... and only if you have shared the loot with at least 51 of the Senators.

And ... it helps if you are an old white guy. Otherwise you might not live long enough to see a trial.

13. The tellers and customers in the bank shouldn't be allowed as witnesses in your trial. For sure.

The cops who caught you going out the door with a bag of money can't be witnesses.
The BAG of Money can't be evidence.
