I seem to remember it was Dershitwitz who said that. Presidents are SUPPOSED to believe what they do is in the interest of the American people, but they still have to follow the LAW. Maybe nobody told Dershitwitz this when he was in school, but the Executive Branch does not interpret the law - the Judicial Branch does that. Fucking asshole.
