Should Democrats quietly re-open the Mueller investigation?

Obviously, it was closed prematurely. We have learned a bit about Mr Barr since his decision to close it down.

Should they continue to pursue it in Court? If the emergency had not risen in Ukraine, they probably would have been pursuing people like Don McGahn. He has important information that he has kept from the people. Information that he gave under oath, to Mr Mueller, was very incriminating.

Why not pursue it in the Courts?

If he was repeatedly contacted by trump or a rep for him to in any way help him influence the trial for him? Could the Democrats call for a mistrial since it's been exposed by Parnas juror's were involved? And was Russia , Putin also involved with trumps pressure campaign on the Ukraine, and tied by money to any jurors? Could Roberts be removed if he was involved and refused to recuse himself?

The process is exactly the same as with the trump and 67 votes in the Senate is still required for removal. Recusal rules do not apply to SCOTUS justices. They cannot be forced to recuse. They can only voluntarily recuse themselves.

And many other ways and has been for years. They're doing their jobs.

The lesson to take from all this is that our job is to vote and vote smart.

And even after the election. Do not sweep any of this under the rug and nail anyone who was complicit. Even if the repuke can't be prosecuted and everyone knows is guilty, destroy them forever. Democrats, you do not have any friends on the other side, so stop thinking they will finally get serious about changing. The republicans treat you like a battered wife and laugh at you, then mock you for being a loser when they bring nothing to the table.

Republicans have shown you over and over for the last 50 years that they keep escalating THEIR criminal activities to destroy and cheat the Democratic Party and the American People. Is the Democratic Party ready to show the republican dirty secrets yet or do you still like having cocktail parties with republicans and their families?

It should be very clear that they all laugh like hell when you leave the party, because none of them will stick up for you. Just like the abusive husband does about the wife at the tavern in front of his drinking buddies.
