There is a reason that no other President has done this.

I feel the same way about what Mitch McConnell has gotten away with. There is a reason that nobody else has done what he did to Merrick Garland. And to Obama's other judicial appointments. And to the bills written by Democrats. Etc. Etc. Etc.

early on his tenure - the suit (and 1 or 2 others) are progressing forward in the courts.

Dems requested them in early 2019 and Mnunchin refused. It is part of a SCOTUS case that is being heard in March and a ruling is expected in June. So yes, as depressing as it is, drumpf will have delayed the lawful request for his taxes by about 15 months in the courts IF SCOTUS rules in our favor in June.

in the impeachment, I don't think he cares at all about his "legacy".

He'll rule in Trump's favor as will the other assh...conservatives on the court.
