US citizens need to put the Jonesing pretentiousness, so pitifully on life support in these egregious income disparity times, into the grave and bury it forever. I just got done letting someone who was clearly hinting the further left candidates don't pass his/her dem "purity tests", then got insulted when I asked that poster to define the term "true democrats".
I get that "we got ours, get your own" attitude thrown at me ad nauseum from my lifelong democrat older boomer family too who easily afforded prestigious university degrees for what city college cost in my day after RayGun. Housing cost them less than 100 dollars a month for a house throughout their time, quadrupled by mine for a studio.
To that end, I have absolutely no interest whatsoever in any candidate who is campaigning on his/her ability to "reach across the isle". The Overton window has been slid too far right already for that noise.
We need radical action, of the sort that should have been quickly and forcefully applied when we had super majorities capable of moving mountains in 2008 and 2009 before the 2010 midterm disaster occurred. Radical and effective policymaking during that critical period could have driven economic recovery far quicker, would have rendered RW media's anti-socialist rants completely inert...
Instead, mealy corporatist dems delayed action, allowed the post-2010 senate place their poison pills into the plan, and here we are, stalled, only mediocre effective policy the RWNJ's can call "failures".
I'm sick of this crap.
It's certainly on my bucket list to do all I can to see that future generations have a fighting chance economically, ecologically and socially.
Every inch of slack conceded to the greedy Rep Ugly Can'ts endangers all our prodigy's futures magnanimously.

But the 45 in the red circle looks almost EXACTLY like a nazi sign. How appropriate.
The slash through it, makes it.
It would make a great little round sticker that could pop up EVERYWHERE. Just make it easy to remove, so as not to damage what (someone's property) it was on....
Get rid of the Nazi #45!
