The Groundhog Prediction is Correct only 35% of the time

Seems to me they've got the criteria for the prediction backward, no? They'd be more accurate if they did a 180 on what not seeing his shadow means.

It'll be in the high 30's to 50's for the foreseeable future. Today will have a high of 60.

arive. This afternoon it is predicted to reach 59. I plan on riding the bike trail along the beautiful Ohio River this afternoon. My January electric bill was $196 this year $198 last year and $350 in 2018. We havent had winter for two years.
