Coronavirus: 6308 cases confirmed, 12 deaths (.2%)

These are the numbers for coronavirus cases outside Wuhan / Hubei province. While those numbers will rise, it suggests that the deaths in Hubei are partly explained by the local medical facilities being overwhelmed.

Wuhan/Hubei 11,777 cases confirmed, 350 deaths (3%).
