Speaker Schiff? Senator Schiff? Just Putting This Out There.

Adam Schiff is wasted as a House committee chair. After his David and Goliath performance against Trump and the monolithic monster of the cultist GOP, he deserves more than to be just a committee chair in the house.

SPEAKER SCHIFF: Pelosi is great, but she's 80. She's also a lightning rod for wingnut fundraising. She could announce her retirement before the 2020 election. Schiff (who is a political TEENAGER at age 60) shouldn't announce that he'll seek the job, because he'd be an even bigger fundraiser for the GOP. But after the 2020 election, he could run for the job.

SENATOR SCHIFF: Diane Feinstein is nearly 90, and she rubs a lot of people (including many Democrats) the wrong way. That stupid performance she put on, SCOLDING KIDS about climate change and "I've got my OWN Green New Deal" suggests to me that she's probably ready to retire. Schiff could replace her.

Some folks were suggesting him for the Supreme Court--I would never protest that, but if he walks into those marble halls we'll hardly ever see him again, and he has such a gift for public speaking.

He would really be a gift to us if he maintains a highly public and prominent role.
