Since it plays in a loop notice that Trump is looking at the Democrats get up and walk out and he doesn’t look happy. Pence is also looking at them but he hardly shows any reaction. In the longer video it shows Trump just turn his body to look at the Republicans. He mouths, “Thank you” and starts clapping, mouthing the words over and over.
