Think back when Obama was president.

If you had of said, "trump will become president, he will undo everything Obama did,
and during the state of the Union, he will give Rush the Presidential medal of Freedom"

I mean, the tide must be set to turn??????

How do so many duers not know this? It is the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The Medal of Honor is a MILITARY decoration, the highest. The one he gave Limbaugh is the same Obama gave to Biden. Ellen Degeneres also has one.
There is a HUGE difference.

His approval rating (even before the speech) is now the highest it has ever been, a majority of Americans think the Senate should vote to acquit him, 62% of Americans approve of his handling the economy, economic confidence is the highest it's been since 2000, satisfaction with the situation of the country is the highest it's been since 2005, and "are you better off today than 4 years ago?" is higher than it's been since 2007.

If the tide is going to turn we're going to have to turn it, and we aren't currently acting like a party that is trying to do that.
