1. His ability to enunciate has really declined.

I think it is from a stroke or his dentures are fucked up from dry mouth (common with medications). He really has a hard time with "s" and "sh". The slurring is very noticeable to me since I hardly ever hear him speak. I refused to listen to his voice after Nov 2016 and it has kept me sane (I do that with GOP presidents) but it also allows me to hear him now and compare him to his speaking in the past more easily since I am not used to it. It is definitely noticeable and alarming.
