What would be better: Retiring the Presidential Medal of Freedom or giving it to George Soros,

David Brock, Bill Browder, Noam Chomsky, etc.?

The first one would be the "Trump has tainted this function of the presidency" option while the second would be "Your guy did this, we'll do this" option.
