And over 60% of Indies say the US is on the wrong track. Almost a quarter of Republicans say it's on the wrong track too.
Those seem like very bad numbers for Trump and the GOP. Don't they need Independent voters to win?

Both parties are runnning in the 30-35% range, so no majorities there.

I try not to freak out about single event polling numbers, so the 49% result didn't impact me much.
