Romney said he will vote to acquit the president on the second article of impeachment, obstruction of Congress, because he doesn't believe the House took all the steps it needed to test the president's assertion of executive privilege covering witness testimony and documents sought in the inquiry.

In a way that strengthens his vote on the first article. (Admittedly, that's me trying to look on the bright side, but it's also true. He voted according to his convictions, not because he has a vendetta against Trump.)

withheld emails and other evidence--and he's not guilty of obstruction?

What then would make him guilty?

as long as he is guilty on something is baby steps. He probably know the mob will be after him and hope he has protection. It is more than the other criminals has done.It is like they have let a killer off for killing 8.000,000 people.

I respect his reasoning was arrived at honestly even though I don't agree with it. I think it is clear he took his responsibilities seriously.
