CNN: Senator Blumenthal is overcome with emotion recounting Senator Romney's courage
They played a clip from the speech.
Blumenthal: "I will tell you there were tears in my eyes and there are again as I hear him say those words..."
You can hear him having trouble speaking.
He said he'd like his four children to be that courageous.
He also praises Senators Manchin and Sinema and Jones.
"When I watched Senator Romney say those words I felt a sincerity from Senator Romney I've never seen before."
