(637 posts)Voted guilty after giving an outstanding, sincere and heartfelt speech. Assigning less than noble motives to him is wrong and reflects poorly on anyone who would do so.
I phoned his office to thank him and you should too.

(24,393 posts)He was a popular governor in MA and got a pretty decent Mass Healthcare system going in the Bush years. I hope Republicans rally around Romney, because there is no better way back to the center for Republicans - if they embrace him.

(24,393 posts)Definitely an odd sect. But not a lot of Mormons in Ma or NH - where Mitt actually lives, I think.
I will give him credit for standing up to Trump. He might become the man for Never Trumpers to rally around. It will be interesting how the Trump Crime Party deals with Mitt. He is very dangerous to the cult.
