Li Wenliang died Thursday after contracting the coronavirus at his workplace, Wuhan Central Hospital. He became a national hero and a symbol of the Chinese government's failings after friends reported that he sought to sound warnings about the new coronavirus on Dec. 30.

He has lived in China for quite a while, is married to a Chinese, and his videos are very educational about the culture there.
I think he knows what he is talking about.

were that I think he gets paid for number of views, so that might make him work at promoting sensationalism.
