4. I've always used it moderately,

a few years ago I bought the Sopranos DVD set and spent a couple months watching the whole thing. I noticed after a couple weeks of watching 2-3 episodes a week, my use of the F-word more than doubled. Stayed that way for about a month after the last show, then went back down to sparse-moderate use.

Now it's off the scale.
