I just tested and I can reply, retweet and tweet now. All set.

Twitter is experiencing an outage of some sort.

No new tweets.
No retweets.

Only tweets that get through appear to be previously scheduled ones.

And it kept not going through. I just read that nobody can post new Tweets and only scheduled tweets are getting through. Lol, at least I can take comfort in knowing that Trump must be going crazy not being able to Tweet. Cue conspiracy theories...
