the northeast, but elsewhere as well. I just hate not being able to reach DU. (Most likely weather related, really, but I always feel suspicious of everything living in Trumps upside down inside out world. )

It's not a cyber attack.......I've been on generator power for 4 hrs because of the snow crap here in the Adirondacks... but Spectrum 'net never dropped out....here I am posting.
Your link doesn't show or claim cyber attacks.
