RISE UP

Do whatever we/you must to get rid of him. It has become even more urgent. And the same for the Senate. Leaving McConnell in charge is also a danger to our country. And, he must be overwhelmed by numbers or he will cry foul.

I'm not telling anyone here anything they don't already know just putting the case (as Dickens would say) and as it should be done every day until he has been vanquished.

And, let's keep in mind our silent, third party: 100-million people who do not vote.

From what I have read they tend to be more progressive and have had their reasons for not participating. That's a huge force of potential right there and I hope more attention is paid to calling them in for the sake of this country and the preservation of democracy.

in their faces, because no one can/should be allowed to sit this out.

I'm glad for the Bloomberg ads and looking forward to what the Lincoln Project will do.

I have a friend who sits them all out for: reasons. I respect that and don't usually bring up politics or voting.

This time, I wrote him a sincere email as to why this is not your usual election and how serious and grievous the situation really is. I implored him to, at the very least, go to the polls for the General Election and vote Trump out, though the rest matters, too, since we have some cleaning out to do.

So, that's a suggestion for anyone who knows a non-voter. Give them a heartfelt plea to participate. Let them know just how many people opt-out and why that could mean something dear could be lost for us all.

I have to say, I'm feeling more 'adamant' than you as I truly think if he gets in again, we have no idea how bad it will/can get.

And we must encourage all of our friends and family to vote. My 92 year old mother and her 85 year old sister grew up in Germany when Hitler rose to power. They are scared. I am making it my priority to order their absentee ballots. I will also keep after my adult children to make certain they vote BLUE!
