I keep seeing articles and posts asking if Trump has learned a lesson.

I would rather know if Republicans have learned a lesson.

Trump has learned that he has the backing of the Republican Senate, regardless what he does.

Has the Republican Senate learned that there is no low that's too low for him to implement?

When given an opportunity, they refused to remove him - and in the process, confirmed that there is no low for Donald Trump

It's pretty obvious that it's "No." Actually, regarding the GOP Senate, they knew all along. They just don't care. As long as he gets them what they want, he can do whatever the hell he pleases. In fact, deep down, many of them wish they could get away with behaving like that.

Companies do not hire new employees knowing they intend to destroy the company. Neither should government.
