The authors were excellent observers of human nature in the political arena. It's amazing how human nature doesn't change--the reason why the founders were so prescient for our time and why the American Constitution has endured. Reality has always had a liberal bias.

(6,407 posts)I've only read the first four. But they lived at a time when whiteness and maleness were the only way to be recognized as fully human.

(34,661 posts)always equated the Klan and the NAZI's and their ideals to Federalist. So many similarities. Most have excepted the idea that,oh well it is just the Federalist Society think and it will never affect me. Oh boy,not true,we are living though so of their shit today. Roberts,Barr,and the Wealthy American Oligarchs are the new Federalists.
