Question: How/when did senators know Trump was going to fire Sondland?

We are told that they urged him not to do so.

When did they know of his plan? Prior to acquittal?

How did they know?

They did seem to have advance knowledge.

Perhaps one of the senators closest to the White House (possibly Graham, Ron Johnson or Portman) let the cat out of the bag.

Even Repub Senators had to know. It's not like Trump has been trying to hide what a vindictive asshole he is.

And I want to know if they knew it was coming and tried to talk him out of it BEFORE they voted to acquit him.

???

Because that would be infinitely worse than them knowing after the acquittal.
