One version could be both of them sitting in chairs throwing shade at each other. Given the total amount of information in Trump's head, Pelosi would be declared the winner in less than two minutes.

Another version could be physical battle. All Madame Speaker would have to do is sidestep the overweight beast three or four times, before he had a stroke. With his dying breath, he would declare her hypocrisy while she prayed over him.

Play out the two of them in any cage battle scenario you can imagine. Trump's little hands couldn't even beat her at thumb wrestling.
