SNIP Federal Judge Eleanor Ross has declared Gov. Brian Kemp the loser in a lawsuit brought by investigative journalist Greg Palast for the State of Georgia to open up its complete files on the mass purge of over half a million voters from the rolls.

Surprising all parties, the judge ruled that Kemp’s defense was so weak that no trial is needed. The judge acted "sua sponte"—on her own initiative, unrequested by Palast’s attorneys.

Palast said, "Kemp and the new Sec. of State of Georgia want to keep the lid on their methods for removing literally hundreds of thousands of low-income, young and minority voters on the basis of false information. They cannot hide any more. This is a huge win and precedent for reporters trying to pry information from the hands of guilty officials."

Oddly, one of Kemp’s defenses was that he turned over Georgia’s confidential voter information to Kobach so it could be used to purge voters in 29 other states, but not Georgia. Kobach’s list showed thousands of Michigan voters who’d supposedly also registered or voted in Georgia. Michigan removed tens of thousands of voters with names like “James Brown” and “Mohammed Mohammed” — almost all with mismatched middle names.

No wonder there is so much confidence by the Republicans in winning the 2020 elections it is rigged in sooo many different ways.

The Repubs are acting like the election of Trump is in the bag, and doing whatever they please..... I'm sure there are other nations elections, NATO nations that Russia has interfered with also..........Look at all the nations in Europe that are suddenly "leaning" towards the far right..........

And just so everyone knows, legally, when you run an I.D. at the state and/or federal level on their data bases, you are required AT THE MINIMUM to use the Full Name and Date of Birth..........There can still be a number of people with the same name and DOB, but it narrows it down from thousands or tens of thousands to just a few........

I believe the Repubs rigged that vote also, but thinking a safe margin would be like 12%.
Obama voters came out and got a higher %age than they thought.

Same for 2018, they underestimated by a percentage below what turned out to vote.......

Since 2018 they have worked full time, across the nation, to make sure that never happens again.
They have done an all out Full Tilt Boogie to ensure rigged elections at Federal and State elections, including governor's and Mayors.

I do genealogy on a regular basis. Essentially daily. I use Ancestry and a people finder database. Unless the names are somewhat unique a search in Ancestry that is even given a 1+or- range for year of birth can produce hundreds if not thousands of individuals across the whole country. Unless one includes other parameters such as location and know middle name or initial it can be difficult to do a match that can be trusted. The same goes for people finder type of online databases.

And it can be even more difficult with women.
