Sorry, Trump Supporters, But You Lost The Right To Lecture America On Civility

From the article:

Ever since House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up her copy of Donald Trump’s State of the Union address this past week, the MAGA world has been holding round-the-clock TED talks about decorum and civility.

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, one of Trump’s favorite boot-lickers, even plans to file ethics charges against Pelosi.
The real beauty of their implosion is that they expect us – the majority of the country that voted against Trump in 2016 – to take them seriously.

I hate to break it to supporters of the fake billionaire and reality TV president, but you lost the right to be outraged by anyone’s behavior when you hitched your wagon to an amoral sleaze-bag who has spent a lifetime demonstrating that he doesn’t possess a single redeeming quality – not a one.

The same Trump voters who scream about "political correctness" cry about the supposed rudeness of Nancy Pelosi.

We should let them know that, throughout history, virtue has been used to justify the most horrendous acts imaginable and it seems that they going to repeat history because they are ignoring it or, more likely, ignorant of it.

We won't be buying that Barnum Facade this time. The sheep's clothing is full of bed bugs and you can smell the wolves a mile away.

Isn't this the guy that led a group of other "wing-nuts" into a closed Congressional hearing/meeting, violating Congressional rules?
And they did disrupt the meeting as well as breaking other rules such as using cell phones in an area designated as "off limits!"

Yeah, Gaetz should be a leading model on decorum and rules.

I have told Trump supporting family members back in the midwest they will not see my kids again if they start in with the MAGA comments.

Neither Trump nor his supporters really care about the trauma that their actions cause. For them, it is about demonizing people of color, and attacking anyone who opposes their plans for this country.
