In other news...Lt. Col. Alex Vindman's brother Yevgeny has still gotten "no explanation whatsoever" for his firing from NSC on Friday, source w/direct knowledge tells me.
Some of you legal DU'ers help me out here.
tRump's regime didn't even do the retribution part after McConnells sham verdict. They gave Yevgeny no explanation for his release. Which means he may be eligible to sue tRump or the U.S. government in 2021.
Depending on the circumstances of your case, federal witness intimidation can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony under U.S. Code 18 Section 1512. Federal witness intimidation is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000
