I always see the media take video of candidates themselves voting all the time.

The 6th circuit ruled in 2004 that news organizations had to have reasonable access to polling places for news gathering purposes. But the 3rd circuit ruled in 2013 that there is no first amendment right for news organizations to have access to polling places.

I'm not aware of a 1st circuit ruling on the matter or what NH law allows... but since they're there...
