This legislation will not address the real issues that are on going daily in the Plig Communities . In fact,it will cause more human Harm and Social Issues when all restraints are removed. The funny thing is, if you watch the show, the adult kids are choosing monogamous relationships, one even is in a same sex relationship (can't recall if they are married). The wives want to live in seperate houses, too.

If there was anything equal about it, women would not rush eagerly to give up their last name, to become MRS. anybody. The Babble says women are expected to "shun" their families, and "cleave" unto their husband. (In other words isolate and brainwash...)

We, generally, got rid of dowries, but in some countries "honor killings" are still accepted.

In "christian" homes, women are still expected to be subservient. (Except for Mike Pence, who is completely controlled by "Mother", and to a lesser degree, the turd.) Men are the ones expected to make all family decisions.

If there is one that is "making the family decisions" it should be the one making the most money, NOT because one has a penis.

Is Utah also saying that a woman can have multiple HUSBANDS? For some reason I don't think THAT is the thrust of this legislation. Can we say hypocrisy? I thought we could...

It gets a bad name because so many of the publicized cases involved child molestation and abuse.

But consenting adults in a group marriage? Have no problem there, again, as long as we're talking consenting adults here.

As far as income taxes, we should probably take marriage out of the equation and just everybody do single claims, and divvy up the dependents by group consensus.
