What happens when Trump starts sending out menacing tweets at SCOTUS?

[link:https://www.accountingtoday.com/articles/trump-tax-fight-faces-new-urgency-after-impeachment-acquittal?fbclid=IwAR1wBG2o0lrihc2iEYcAypCBAICj5KjYLrEp8Nd6oem6NHdzEFqgBDaHN3k|

"President Donald Trump has put impeachment behind him, but he’s got another battle ahead with Democrats that’s been brewing for almost a year: access to his tax returns.

The fight now is playing out in the courts, including a Supreme Court argument set for March 31. House Democrats contend they need to pry free Trump’s tax records as part of their oversight duties to determine whether he’s broken any tax laws, has financial ties to foreign governments or is being properly audited by the Internal Revenue Service."

They are part of the same right wing movement to take over the government as he is. They have already stomped the constitution for him and will 100% continue to do so. They are our enemies, every bit as much as drumpf. They are all part of Oligarchs R US International - run by PUtin and orders duly carried out by his enablers worldwide - including the Russian Repug SCOTUS justices & drumpf.

If the case gets to the Supreme Court with a favorable lower court ruling for Trump, Roberts will decline to hear the case. If the ruling is bad for Trump, Roberts will use one of several stalling tactics at his disposal. The Supreme Court will take the case, and put it on the rocket docket for argument in March 2021 or 2022, so we can look forward to a ruling by June 2022, when the issue will be moot. Or some procedural box will be unchecked, and the Supreme Court will remand the case back to the District Court to consider whether all the t's were properly crossed and all the i's were adequately dotted. That should take several months, followed by an appeal to the Court of Appeals, then finally back to the Supreme Court, just in time for argument in March 2023.

This isn't a ruling Roberts is in any hurry to get to.
