1. Not really. Putting it in quotes suggests disbelief, not credence.

3. I have to agree - better would've been "Trump War Against Career DOJ officials..."

"...enters new stage" would've been factual w/o using Trump's conspiratorial terminology.

5. It's the "even the scales" bit that got me. Like the President persecuting a soldier is "even".

Does this refer to the Scales of Justice? So, a patriot responds to a lawful subpoena and testifies truthfully, and that somehow causes the scales to need correction?
