1. Open up a free account at a photo hosting site like Postimage.

Then upload your picture. Once you've done that, select the direct link icon, then go to your DU post and paste the link. Easy!

...Google Photos, Imgur, Tinypic, etc. Just google "image hosting sites" and you'll get a list of sites.

Upload the image from your computer to the image hosting site, then copy the image location (url) on the hosting site, at which point you may paste that location into a DU post, and the image will appear in your post.
