I have no doubt in my mind that Trump is pulling every string and calling in every favor to get cash.
He is probably calling foreign leaders with either no one in the room or maybe one "trusted person"
and promising things in return for large amounts of cash.

He's probably already called Putin, Xi Jinping, Duterte, Erdoğan, the Saudis, etc.
