I am NO fan of Chait or Frum, but Glenn was recently charged in Brazil with "cybercrimes" (the govt eventually backed off) and *every* journalist out there came to his defense. Now, he said Frum should be jailed because of the Iraq War cheerleading. While it deeply sucks that he did that, it didn't break the law, and Glenn's hypocrisy is noted.

That sounds kind of, um, authoritarian. Go too far left or right and you end up wanting someone from the opposing side in jail for expressing an opinion; it comes full circle to authoritarianism.
