"When will be do it?"
"Soon, like right after the Senate lets him off, the same way he did with the "perfect" Ukraine call."
"But HOW soon?"
"Oh, around a week, give or take."

And this one especially is bad politics for us - he was never going to win NY anyway, he knows many people outside New York, especially in the South, hate New York, the NY policy at issue is one that his base would find incredibly objectionable, and to be perfectly honest some of the lawsuits at issue are politically motivated in the sense that they wouldn't have been brought if he weren't president, or if he were from the same party as the NY state officials bringing them. That doesn't mean they are not valid, but they are politically motivated.
I hope Dems are smart and don't take the bait on this. There's a new scandal every day. If people didn't care about Ukraine they won't care about this, and the last thing I want is state sanctuary laws in the news. I support the NY law but I know I am in the minority nationwide who would.
