Paul Krugman sat for an interview on BBC America yesterday.

I felt sorry for him. The interviewer was such a smug asshole.
Every question was a veiled, left-handed insult that inferred
Krugman was a partisan, misinformed, biased, angry, idiot.

He handled it with grace, but I would have punched the guy in his smug face.

I listened to the BBC interview this morning. The program is named HardTalk with Stephen Sackur. Yes, Mr. Sackur was tough with Paul Krugman. But Sackur is tough with everyone he interviews, so I was not surprised. But I also got a bit frustrated with his questions and agenda. Paul Krugman handled it well. I also suggest Krugman's current column in the New York Times entitled
Bernie Sanders isn't a socialist
